I am admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. I am a court qualified expert witness in petroleum marketing practices, as well as a panelist on the Amerian Bar Association series on "Advanced Mediation and Negotiation Techniques." I am also a contributor to the Continuing Education Board's "Counseling California Corporations."
